For the last 2 weeks Kate has been in swim lessons and boy does she love them! The last two days she has been swimming across the whole pool BY HER SELF! I couldn't believe my eyes! (I tried to upload a video but I couldn't figure it out) It was amazing how fast she caught on and the teach was stunned. Shes the youngest kid in her class and she swims just as good as all the 4 year olds. I'm so proud of my little swimmer and its fun to see her so proud of herself. She really is an amazing girl.

the BIG 3-0 in Vegas!

On our way home from Utah we stopped in Las Vegas for a night to do something fun for Mike's birthday. We stayed at the Luxor hotel and went to the "Bodies" exhibit that we have been dying to go to. On Mike's actual birthday we had our best buddies Mark & Liz over for swimming, cake, and games. Mike always hates birthdays but I think hes starting to love them just as much as I do.
