Waiting

I hate when people wait weeks and weeks in between blog posts, it's boring. I hate even more when they post without pictures. I'm guilty of both right now but only because baby girl has crawled off with our USB cord for our camera and it is nowhere! I have searched the house high and low it's gone. It's amazing how kids can do that, it's like a gift. Anyway a new one is on the way, then Ill be back.

Chicken Pox

Yup Kate has a full blown case of the chicken pox.

She has been drooling and had a fever for the past few days and we just thought it was teething. Then last night we noticed a few red bumps on her leg and just thought it was some little bug bites or something, no big deal. Luckily she had her 1 year doctors appointment this morning and as soon as the doctor saw her he said " Oh yeah this is definitely the chicken pox, I haven't seen the chicken pox in a long time." Apparently kids don't really get the chicken pox anymore since they get the vaccine at their 1 year appointment. She almost made it. Poor little chicken pox covered girl.

My Lovely Little One Year Old

Today is the wonderful Miss Kate's Birthday! I am in disbelief that she is already a year old. What an amazing little girl she is, I honestly never knew how much I could love someone before she came along. I'm so completely obsessed with her! I mean how could I not be, look at her. To the love of my life...
